GUIDELINES FOR LEVELS OF BROADBAND FORUM SPONSORSHIP:

Broadband Forum Quarterly Meeting Sponsor:

• Signage placement at registration desk and in break areas displayed for duration of meeting with corporate logo
• Verbal recognition by Chairman & President during Opening and Closing Plenary presentations
• Corporate logo on the hard copy meeting agenda, as well as the electronic agenda located on the Broadband Forum website
• Corporate logo burned onto all contribution CDs distributed to all Broadband Forum meeting attendees
• Announcement in quarterly meeting trip report, which is distributed to more than 4,000 people each quarter
• Opportunity to have branded giveaways at meeting, distributed at the registration desk
• Logo and sponsorship announcement on Broadband Forum home page
• Podium signage to be displayed during Opening and Closing Plenary presentations
• Speaking opportunities: invitation to sponsor company senior executive to welcome the attendees with a short introduction during Opening Plenary (Not to exceed five minutes)
• Exclusive meeting sponsor given 5 guest passes for non-members for meeting attendance*
• Non-exclusive meeting sponsor given 3 guest passes for non-members for meeting attendance*

Qualification: Signed as a meeting sponsor at exclusive or non-exclusive level.

Benefits:

• Opportunity to place your banner (roll up) at registration desk to be displayed for duration of meeting with your Corporate logo. (Content to be approved by Broadband Forum)
• First right of refusal for other sponsoring opportunities (WLAN and networking event - at regular sponsoring costs) at the relevant quarterly meeting
• Two free guest passes for non-members (additional to those allowed for meeting sponsors - and in accordance with meeting sponsor rules)
• Technology demonstration at premises separate from the Forum meeting premises
• Technology demonstration will be advertised by the Forum to all attendees, but not endorsed

• Corporate logo burned onto all contribution CDs distributed to all Broadband Forum meeting attendees

• Logo and sponsorship announcement on Broadband Forum meeting page
• Three free tickets for sponsor company members to event*
• 2 invitations for sponsor company senior executives to attend the networking event for free*; one is invited to formally welcome attendees (not to exceed two minutes)
• 4 guest passes (per $10K) given to sponsor company to invite non-member guests to attend networking event only*

• Opportunity to provide Wireless LAN cards at registration desk, with instructional sheets branded with corporate logo
• Exclusive WLAN sponsor given 2 guest passes for non-members to attend meeting*
