Intellectual Property Policy & Forms

Broadband Forum has adopted the Intellectual Property Rights Policy and related Policies and Procedures in order to minimize the possibility of inadvertent infringement of the IPR of Members and third parties using or implementing any Forum Specifications.

All Members, all Member Representatives, and all third parties contributing to any technical process meeting are subject to this Policy and the Rules of Procedure.
